  He is responsible for the coupons and handy works in Blue Sky Canteen. He has  participated 
  in the Vietnamese War. He has studied at a military school in the Soviet Unions when he was 
  young. He is very good at mechanical engineering and is nicknamed, "Doctor of guns".
