Preface by Big Dipper

In recent years, China owns the Compass Navigation Satellite System with autonomous 
intellectual  properties. This has broken  the monopoly  of the space by  the west. 
From the  media, I can strongly sense the message of  China  peaceful ascendancy. 
And I  think that the  peaceful  ascendancy of China  will definitely  bring  about 
another Renaissance for China.

Since an unknown time, Hong Kong has been radicalized as the Desert of Culture. But 
I believe the Heaven's arrangements are very special. Therefore though Vanna, Meng 
Qi and I  have little  talent and less learning, we dare to complete this book with 
utterly fearless spirits.

I have two great expectations for my work. Firstly, I hope that through my book,the 
essage  of another Renaissance for  China will be passed from Hong Kong, the Desert 
of Culture, throughout the seven continents of  the world, just like at  the end of 
Chapter 10  of the First  Book of Dragon  Phoenix Blog, Phoenix  passes the firefly
"Big Dipper" in his hand to Fujimo to Miho. Secondly, I hope that the  book  Dragon 
Phoenix Blog will finally be completed by the joint efforts of writers of different 
ages, from  different cultures and different ranks and classes so that  unification 
of cultures of the world can be achieved.

To accomplish these two  great expectations, we  need the support and  promotion of 
people with power, predecessors in the literary world, people  who are enthusiastic 
towards culture and art, and most importantly, readers who love Dragon and Phoenix.

Finally, in memory of Kurt Vonnegut, the master in  anti-war novels in the U.S. who 
has died recently,I was so anxious that I couldn't help writing a herald of antiwar
